Hey, remember all those Home Ec. classes? Well, they've paid off!!! I now sew lots of stuff for a thriving (sometimes) little home based business. I also do A LOT of baking and sell that too. My younger sister, Leslie and I are in cahoots. She does most of the glassware for the business as well as MOST of the jewelry. I have even branched off and started making key rings. We set up at open air markets in and around the Texas Hill Country. We also do various indoor shows. Since the website wasn't paying for itself we are going to end that. Oh well..... We have been invited to numerous places, the newest of which is Dave's Sports Bar for Bike Nite once a month. We are the only vendors other than a drink lady. Pretty cool. You may remember the way I used to party? Well no more! It's funny, I don't drink at all and Leslie very little, and lots of our stuff is quite popular with those who do.
